Description

We are in need of a board-certified PMHNP. 

UVMH provides psychiatric and mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.  UVMH is a Nurse Practitioner-owned psychiatric mental health private outpatient practice that has continued to grow.   We are a multidisciplinary practice with PMHNPs and psychotherapists.  The PMHNP is independent in their practice of diagnosis and treatment, utilizing psychiatry and psychotherapy for their patients.  UVMH takes care of all the overhead so you can focus on your patients' care.  The PMHNP has control and flexibility over their own schedule.  Some here do primarily shorter medication management with brief cognitive-behavioral therapy, and others do a mix of this as well as weekly psychotherapy sessions and everything in between.  Our focus is on patient-centered, evidence-based care.  Your patients are yours; we do not rotate patients randomly to other providers, nor have production demands.  We have a hybrid model of telehealth and in-person, so you can easily meet the DEA requirements of in-person encounters.
