- Financial Planning Administration Assistant

Your new role:
You will be responsible for providing a range of finance-related and general administrative support services to the Managing Director and the organisation.
Specific responsibilities include:
Assisting with general reception duties (including directing calls and greeting clients)
Diary management
Administrative support for the Managing Director
Preparation of investment reports and other client correspondence
Administrative assistance in preparing and implementing client advice documents
To be considered for this position you will:
Be a highly motivated individual who is able to use their initiative
Enjoy multi-tasking and problem solving
Have excellent time management and organisational skills
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
Have a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality in all things
Have a competent level of understanding in relation to MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred experience includes:
Previous experience within an administrative role preferred
Previous experience in operating Xplan preferred
Have obtained, or be in the process of obtaining, an undergraduate degree in business, commerce, law or financial planning.
We envisage the hours worked to be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with some room for flexibility for study commitments).
This is a truly unique opportunity for an experienced administration assistant looking to further their knowledge of the financial planning industry. The role would be suitable for undergraduate students currently completing studies in business, commerce, law or financial planning.
