     Reliant Geriatrics has been serving the residents of skilled and assisted living facilities in Upstate of South Carolina for over 26 years, and we are looking for the just the right person to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.  As a privately owned practice, our primary focus is on our patients…not our corporate bottom line. 

     Our providers evaluate and manage the multiple medical conditions of our patients to enable them to achieve the best possible quality of life as they recover from injuries or manage the long-term effects of disease.  Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and therapies, as well as communicating with patients, families, and other providers is a regular part of our day-to-day tasks.

      Our EHR is user friendly with Dragon and e-Rx fully integrated.  Call is rotated among our providers.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

      Completed a Master of Science in Nursing in Acute Care, Adult, Family, or Geriatric Practice

      Become Board Certified through AANP

      Obtained a License to Practice in South Carolina

      Obtained a SC Controlled Substances License

      Obtained a DEA License

      Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

      Ability to work as part of team, as well as independently
